Here’s what a typical day at our retreat might look like:

7:30 AM – Morning Energiser
Start your day with a 5K run, breathing in the fresh air and soaking in the natural beauty of Costa Blanca. This is the perfect way to energise your body and clear your mind.

9:00 AM – Gourmet Breakfast
Fuel up with a delicious, wholesome breakfast prepared by our private chef. Enjoy fresh fruits, local ingredients, and nourishing options to kick-start your day.

10:30 AM – CrossFit at a Local Box (on selected days)
Challenge yourself with a high-energy workout at a local CrossFit box. Led by Nataliya our expert coach, these sessions cater to all fitness levels and provide a fun and dynamic way to build strength and confidence.

10:30 AM (Alternate Days) – Free Time
On non-CrossFit days, enjoy free time to relax by the pool, explore the villa, or unwind with a book. This is your moment to recharge at your own pace.

12:00 PM – Lunch
Gather for a vibrant and satisfying lunch featuring locally sourced, chef-prepared dishes. Share laughs, stories, and inspirations with the group.

3:00 PM – Afternoon Snacks
Refuel with light, healthy snacks to keep your energy flowing.

5:00 PM – Restorative Yoga Session
Ease into the evening with a restorative yoga session, designed to release tension and deepen your connection to mind and body. Whether in the yoga studio or under the open sky, this practice will leave you feeling calm and centred.

7:00 PM – Dinner
Indulge in a gourmet dinner crafted by our private chef. Celebrate the day’s successes and unwind in a warm, communal setting.
8:00 PM – Evening Activity

Relax with cozy activities like movie night, storytelling, or stargazing. Reflect on the day’s experiences and prepare for a restful sleep.
